We had been having moisture and efflorescence problems with our stained concrete floors on the ground floor of our house. Roberto and Noé from W Tile applied waterproofing and installed ceramic tile over the entire ground floor, including the bathroom and shower. They did an great job. They were punctual and polite. Communication was easy because, fortunately, Roberto’s English was a lot better than my Spanish. Their careful planning and layout, along with their excellent craftsmanship resulted in a beautiful new floor. My wife and I are very pleased and highly recommend W Tile!!

I initially hired Roberto to tile 2 of the walls on my back patio. While the work was going one, I talked to him about my balcony – the original contractor did a horrible job and I wanted it re-done. As soon as Roberto and his guys were done in the back, I had them start on the patio. The whole crew were great – amazing attention to detail! Roberto assisted me in selecting tile (not something I’m good at) and I am so very pleased with the outcome. Roberto and his crew went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with everything. We hired Roberto and W Tile for a few different tiling jobs that were needed. We were very impressed by Roberto and his company. The first job we had him complete was already in progress by another Tiler (it was clear he didn’t know what he was doing -it was a disaster). Roberto took over the project and did a fantastic job. Roberto is very professional and will exceed your expectations of any tiling project. He tiled our pool, indoor/outdoor living space, including waterproofing and kitchen floor. He is fantastic and provides top quality work. I highly recommend Roberto and W Tile.

We hired “Whistler” (W) Tile upon the recommendation of our General Contractor. We have renovated many homes (in the U.S.) and this was the most pleasant, professional, and expertly executed tile job we have ever had- Roberto and his team showed up on time, stayed on budget and went way beyond our expectations with his knowledge and the timeless way he layed out the tile. He did not use bullnose or Schleuter to make the edges easier for his installation. Instead, he cut our tile at a 45 degree angle to make the corners wrap around perfectly and this was no small feat with the design of the tile. After he completed our kitchen tile which went up to the ceiling, we hired his company to take out very old marble tile from outside and reinstall those pieces inside where the tiles were cracked and needed replacing. The marble is very old and there would have been no way to match it or repair it so it looked natural unless he absolutely knew what he was doing. We could not believe his ability to do the impossible, (we thought) and we are thrilled with the outcome. If your Spanish isn’t up to par, he speaks English perfectly which helped us out a lot since we could discuss every option as I am very picky. I recommend Roberto and W Tile without reservation. We were happy from beginning to end.

W Tile has completed a few jobs for me and I will only use them in the future. Roberto and his team are clean, respectful and their work is perfect. I would rate them 10 stars if I could!
